ABOUT THE S.E.R.D.[TRUST]

This organization is educational & rural development trust Estd. on March 2009.The organization  is registered under 1882 INDIAN CHARITABLE TRUST ACT, Govt. of Jharkhand .The trust has undertaken several activities for the last 3 years.Trust is mainly dedicated to provide quality education ,rural development, to prevent child labor, and medical facilities.

In the days to come we are planning to run :

1.  Child home “to prevent child labor.

2.   K.H.C : Kisan help centre and other social activities among various  minorities and backward classes in urban / rural areas.

3.  Old age home and home for the helpless children.

4.  Through local funds we wish to run these activities we undertake.

5.  Free computer training with the corporate support.

6.  SHG , i.e to promote and initiate self help group for the betterment of rural mass.

7.   Charitable programs for the betterment of the handicapped people and children .

  

PHILOSOPHY OF WORK

The board of trustees is committed morally to the efficient function of the trust and also to improve its efficiency on continual basis. The board has approved the vision and mission statement of the trust stated already.

VISION:-

We wish be recognized by society as an honest team deeply committed to the welfare of the poor and needy family and not being influenced by any other factor.

MISSION:-

 The Trust is committed to develop the basis education& technical education among the students and provide health awareness among the people of rural areas .The vision and mission of the trust are achieved by deciding and focusing on specific missions and objectives during the board meeting. The guidelines of functioning of the trust are laid down in a working manual which is up-dated as and required.

OBJECTIVES  OF THE TRUST

EDUCATION SECTION

·        To promote education programs without distinction of caste, color or community.  

·        To start educational institutions for imparting formal and non-formal education to the public and general.

·        To provide education support programs for the children who would otherwise be forced to work to support their family.

·        To bring out positive change among the tribal people by intervening through education programs this can improve the socioeconomic conditions for the tribal people.

·        To provide over all development o f poorest of poor children by establishing residential school and care center.
